Update March 2014

Almost caught up!!!!!!

More big changes in March.  Dominic wrestled in Districts for a hard fought 8th place.  Luke wrestled in 6U State and finished 6th place - great job (but of course when you are 6 yrs old, if you are not first you are last).  He will one day understand how impressive his 6th place finish really was.  Delaney is 8 months old and officially a crawler.  She will pull herself on anything willing to hold still long enough and is still not sleeping through the night. But we have BIG news......

Isaac has officially DITCHED THE DIAPERS!!!!!!   Awesome job buddy. 

We are loving the new house but I'm NOT loving the mud.  I can hardly wait to have grass in the yard.

Update Feb 2014

We have a 7th Birthday Boy in the house! Delaney started solid foods. Isaac is starting potty training. Dominic's basketball team is doing great!

Happy 7th Birthday to our tender hearted Luke Robert!  It's almost hard for me to believe you are 7 years old already.  It just seems like yesterday that you were being placed in my arms.  Your vast empathy for others continues to amaze me daily.  Never loose that gift.

Luke chose a mountain bike with gears for his gift.  He is still learning how and when to change the gears.

Delaney is 7 months old!

Update - Jan 2014

Happy New Year! Happy all moved in to the new house!

 Delaney learned to sit up unsupported!  She just looks so big sitting so tall!

 Isaac loves to play peek a boo with her.  She just smiles ear to ear when Isaac is around!

 Our Girl is 6 Months! 

 Dominic placed 3rd in the Kirksville Tournament.  He was up against 2 state qualifiers from last year.

 Isaac says, "I'm not playing basketball.  I'm wrestling so I can WIN trophies!"

 In January, the ENTIRE family once again got hit with Influenza A.  It was a nightmare to say the least.  Mark started it this time around.  Quickly followed by Luke, Isaac, and Dominic.  Delaney had a mild case a few days later.....then when everyone else is feeling better.....BAM - I get it. 

 Luke won another first place spot - he had a great season and what a finish to his 6U wrestling career.

Update - December 2013

Wow - I'm even getting bad with updating "updates"!

December brought about a GIANT change in our family.....we finally moved into the new house.  Add that to wrestling, basketball, and life with 4 kids.

Delaney turned 5 Months old:

Luke captured his first ever first place in wrestling - the first of many first places this wrestling season!

Dominic decided this year he was going to give basketball a spin.  He did both wrestling and basketball so he was one busy kid.  He improved by leaps and bounds in basketball and had a tough and challenging wrestling season.

The kids baked cookies for Santa - the older boys discovered the secret behind Santa's magic this year.  I think I took it harder than they did.  I don't know if that was it or not, but Isaac did most of the baking for Santa.

All the kids did great for our visit to see Santa this year.  Isaac seemed a bit overwhelmed when Santa visited Grandma's house on Christmas Eve.
